Terms & Conditions

1. Users must be registered on Foree with valid & verifiable information, as required by Foree. 
2. Any transactions found to be created from duplicate accounts will be disqualified from the draw eligibility. 
3. Transactions with only the ‘Completed’ status on the Foree Remittance app, against which the beneficiary has received the funds will be considered eligible.
4. In-app credits to the winning remitters can only be used within the Foree app to be applied on transactions to Pakistan. In-app credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other monetary instruments.
5. Beneficiary prizes given by NBP are subject to NBP’s T&C’s, applicable laws & regulations. 
6. Winners are independent of the Remitter & Beneficiary relationship and are drawn through separate draws. A winning remitter does not make the beneficiary eligible for a prize and vice versa. 
7. Winning transactions are removed from the subsequent week’s draw. Any new transactions in the subsequent week from the previous winner are eligible for the next draw.
8. All draws are final and will be conducted on a business day. 
9. Draws are conducted after all the transactions within the eligibility period of the draw are settled. 
10. Winners will be notified through the email used to register on the Foree Remittance app.
11. Winners will be drawn based on the draw schedule published in the campaign details. 
12. This prize campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social media platforms on which the Contest may have been promoted and/or publicized.
13. Existing Terms of Service apply to the usage of the Foree Remittance app and are considered legal binding 
14. nanopay reserves the right to ask for additional KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation to fulfill standard KYC responsibilities for fraud prevention and/or its anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing obligations.
15. Customers are responsible for any personal tax implications as a consequence of the rewards earned from this promotion and nanopay / Foree Remittance accepts no liability.
16. nanopay / Foree Remittance may revise the FAQs and Terms and Conditions at any time at its discretion if needed.
17. nanopay / Foree Remittance reserves the right to modify, cancel or suspend this promotional campaign at any time.
18. nanopay / Foree Remittance may refuse to process any user registration or transaction that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of the general Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, or believes will impose potential liability to itself, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective employees, directors, representatives and partners.
