1. Download the Foree App from Google Playstore or iOS AppStore and register for a Foree account. If you already have a Foree account, proceed with the below step.
2. Send a transaction of CAD $275 or GBP 150 and above to your beloved family & friends during the transaction eligibility period defined below. 
3. IMPORTANT: 1 transaction to a unique beneficiary per 24 hours is eligible for entry into the draw. Multiple transactions to different beneficiaries are counted as unique transactions and considered eligible. For example:
   1. Remitter A sends 2 transactions to Beneficiary A within 24 hours, only 1 transaction is considered eligible.
   2. Remitter A sends 2 transactions to Beneficiary A & Beneficiary B within 24 hours, both transactions are considered eligible. 
4. Once the transaction is in “Complete” status upon delivery to your beneficiary, it is entered into the balloting draw.

1. Users must be registered on Foree with valid & verifiable information, as required by Foree. 
2. Any transactions found to be created from duplicate accounts will be disqualified from the draw eligibility. 
3. Transactions with only the ‘Completed’ status on the Foree Remittance app, against which the beneficiary has received the funds will be considered eligible.
4. In-app credits to the winning remitters can only be used within the Foree app to be applied on transactions to Pakistan. In-app credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other monetary instruments.
5. Draw is conducted on a business day, after all the transactions within the eligibility period of the draw are settled. 
6. Winners will be notified through the email used to register on the Foree Remittance app.
7. This prize campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social media platforms on which the Contest may have been promoted and/or publicized.
8. Existing Terms of Service apply to the usage of the Foree Remittance app and are considered legal binding 
9. nanopay reserves the right to ask for additional KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation to fulfill standard KYC responsibilities for fraud prevention and/or its anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing obligations.
10. Customers are responsible for any personal tax implications as a consequence of the rewards earned from this promotion and nanopay / Foree Remittance accepts no liability.
11. nanopay / Foree Remittance may revise the FAQs and Terms and Conditions at any time at its discretion if needed.
12. nanopay / Foree Remittance reserves the right to modify, cancel or suspend this promotional campaign at any time.
13. nanopay / Foree Remittance may refuse to process any user registration or transaction that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of the general Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, or believes will impose potential liability to itself, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective employees, directors, representatives and partners.
14. nanopay / Foree’s decision regarding eligibility, winner selection, and all campaign matters is final and binding.
15. By participating, users consent to the use of their name, transaction details (excluding sensitive financial information), and email for the purpose of campaign administration and winner announcements, in accordance with Foree’s Privacy Policy.
